As Airline of The Year (airlineratings.com) for the past 3 years, Air New Zealand are unrelenting in their pursuit of delivering innovative solutions which continue to enhance and improve the overall customer experience.

A recent upgrade of the Premium Check In at Air New Zealand’s flagship port was undertaken to enhance the premium customer journey. The result being that this environment now forms part of a more cohesive premium customer experience in conjunction with other touchpoints such as the lounges, and premium cabins inflight.

Supported by Luciano, David worked with all key stakeholders within Air New Zealand and the wider team from the start of the project to ensure that the brand, customer experience, technology, property, and wider business objectives were understood, coordinated and executed successfully.
